Why create a new Business Management Software, and why today? User experience with BoxBrain is truly unique. The interface is basically divided into two areas: the “work area” to the left and “AppChat” to the right. Data is displayed in the “work area”, while “AppChat” lets the user “talk” to BoxBrain; giving it instructions and answering questions - as if he was exchanging SMS texts with the software.  For instance, if the user enters “create a contact”, BoxBrain will answer by creating a contact and then asking for further information (family name, company the contact work for, etc.). Thanks to this feature, BoxBrain has an unparalleled graphic interface with a smart input / output.  

BoxBrain also sports a flat interface; not a single pop-up dialog will ever disturb the user’s workflow. Also, the number of fix elements on the screen is held as small as possible (resulting in a neat information display) – instead the user is presented with data and information relevant to the item he is currently working on. This all results in a simple and easy to understand user interface – making working with BoxBrain a joy for both experienced and new users.

Based on an entirely new concept and modern technologies, BoxBrain’s design allowed the development of a complete Business Software, while maintaining high quality standards and minimizing development time. Moreover, BoxBrain tightly integrates with Microsoft Windows, resulting in a simplification of processes and empowering users to create and manage documents without having to leave the software; i.e. BoxBrain can also be used as a document manager.

Creating new business software from scratch gave us an incredible amount of freedom and room for innovation. No legacy technology and concept to hold us back, we were free to truly innovate.  Look at the way software collects data from the user these days: 90% of “dialogues” and exchanges between user and computer are done through electronic forms. Is this the only possible way for man to interact with a machine? Of course not, but in order to abandon old paradigms like that one, you cannot simply update software conceived 20 years ago.
