Annual General Assembly

I am delighted to invite you to the General Assembly of Cleantech Switzerland. I am particularly pleased that this year’s event is being held jointly with CleantechAlps and Cleantech Fribourg and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Eric Plan and David Avery for their commitment and support for our joint enterprise.

In the course of the past year, Cleantech Switzerland has managed to achieve significant success in our target markets abroad. A shining example of this is the Sino-Swiss Zhenjiang Ecological Industry Park in China. As a result of our track-record and impressive catalogue of success stories as well as the business opportunities created for Swiss companies, this particular project has moved to a new level. I would also like to highlight our new service partner model, part of a new business model for Cleantech Switzerland, and one which is already bearing fruit. The past year has seen new partners join our network, including UBS with its strength and expertise in financial services and T-LINK GROUP, which is an expert service provider in the field of exhibitions and fairs.

In 2012 we launched our expanded database Cleantech Cube and have been developing it steadily ever since. It has become a powerful tool, delivering major benefits for Cleantech Switzerland and the businesses registered on it. Through close working links with our project partners abroad, our service partners and the network of Swiss representative offices throughout the world, we have been able to capture and channel highly valuable information to our member businesses. We would be delighted to have the opportunity to brief you in more detail on Cleantech Switzerland’s activities and our plans at the General Assembly
