Viventi's core business became mills and ceramic tableware production, from 70's to mid 90's.

Preserving its innate vocation to flexibility, the company begins to look new areas of work.

The focus has quickly shifted to the supply of industrial transports for material handlings of goods, automated equipments, according to customer needs and requirements.

In September 2012 VI20 Srl started up. It’s the commercial partner of Viventi Rosmundo Srl company.

We can support the customer with a complete service from design to deliver "turnkey" solutions, customized at any industrial, commercial and civil field.

We also provide an adequate support for the maintenance of industrial plants.
In our settlement of about 3000 square meters, there are different specialized areas: a technical department, which allows better management of prototyping our digital products; a mechanical department, equipped with modern numerical control machines alongside to those of type traditional. Finally, there is a carpentry – assembly section, where ordered structures and equipments take their final form.

Focus on: AUTOMATION FOR INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES

1. We offer a wide range of solutions for moving goods:

Ø Transport roller: This type of movement can be achieved with rolls of any diameter and length, of motorized, friction or gravity type: they are integrated with devices such as pacers, transfer and rotating elements;

Ø Transport Belt: used for various applications:

- Assembly lines: the tape is made of PVC and it carries, at very reduced speeds, the product being assembled; the lines can be customized at will: shelves for small parts, compressed air plant, lighting, power tools, utensils, counters auxiliary jigs;

- Transport of material: for the transfer of material from a point to another of the production process, the handling can be flat, or inclined to lift the material; it can be used the simple PVC tape, with high-adhesion, provided with fins or a rubber PVC (indicated for the lifting and transportation of aggregates);

Ø Slat conveyor system of different types:

- Rolling shutter in wood or metal: used for the transport and handling of heavy packages and
bulk material;

- Plastic slat: used for quick handling of regular and small material, the typical application field is in pharmaceutical and food industries.

Ø Transport belt and /or chain: they are used for the transfer from one work phase to another one; they are characterized by their simplicity and low cost.

Ø Transport Screw: used for horizontal transport and rolling upright of a many different types of materials in solid state, using the classic principle of Archimedean spiral, they may be equipped with hoppers, inspection doors, frame on wheels, helix of rectilinear axis, flexible axis; construction made
of iron or stainless steel.

2. We design and test machinery and complete equipment, both for manual and of fully automatic type, with the most modern types of drives (pneumatic, hydraulics, PLC controls, electric drives, and so on).

3. We support the reproduction of parts and materials of any kind, including a storage service of the projects, both in paper and electronic format.
