Karen SA is providing full fl eets management, by:
-operating helicopters,
-providing pilots and engineers
-Continuous Airworthiness Monitoring
-providing Maintenance Management,
-providing Crew continuous training,
-preparing operational and fi nancial reporting and
all other requirements needed in order to satisfy
the client’s requests.
TAXI AND SIGHTSEEING FLIGHTS - Karen offers taxi and sightseeing flights with Agusta and Bell helicopters. We are happy to give a good opportunity to our customers to save their time, or just to spend unforgettable minutes enjoying the wonderful birds eye view.
MAINTENANCE - Karen SA is an EASA PART-145 approved maintenance organization and AgustaWestland’s Authorized Service Center. The maintenance activity is performed in approved bases, located in 3 continents, with headquarter in Lodrino (Switzerland).
The maintenance department guarantees a full support to our customer avoiding the need to have additional contracts with third companies, aiming to get a full service.

REMOTE OPERATIONS START-UP - One of the specialization of Karen SA is to provide the start-up assistance everywhere around the world. Depending on the requirement of each customer it is possible to offer a short or long term assistance.
-helicopter delivery assistance;
-pilots and engineers training;
-base construction;
-maintenance organisation set-up;
-commercial and private operations start-up.
Karen SA professional service and experience is supporting AgustaWestland’s customers in three continents: Europe, Asia and Africa.
FLIGHT SCHOOL - Karen SA Flight School: “Rotorcraft Pilot
Master” - RPM - was created with the purpose to guarantee a continuity in the operations of the company and provide the required support to AgustaWestland’s customers making possible the fleet management and mission start-up tasks.
Rotorcraft Pilot Master is the first autonomous flight school JAR FCL 2 certified in Switzerland.
With a consistent number of instructors, RPM is able to offer a wide range of helicopter training, like: Private Pilot License(H), Commercial Pilot License(H) modular and integrated course, Type Ratings, Type Rating Instructor, Instrumental Rating(H), Night Flight Qualifi cation(H), Mountain Flying(H).
Training is provided, but not limited to the following helicopter types: AW139 A109 SERIES - A119 B206 SERIES
